I’ve been focusing on the not-so-good lately, so I’m going to try to record good things that happen in my days in hopes I can give myself a sunnier outlook.

Today ~

• baked bread (yum) • got a rare kiss from my busy toddler • am going to get to take a sleeping pill and hopefully sleep!
